DJ was introduced to construction at a young age. His Grandfather was a site prep and grading contractor. His father was a residential contractor and in his early teens DJ started working with him during summer and holiday breaks. After completing school he realized that the love for construction was not in residential.  He started as a carpenter in the commercial field and rapidly moved up the ranks to become a superintendent at the age of 25. He became a project manager soon there after. With all the knowledge he obtained during those years  he decided to start his own commercial construction company at the age of 28. With several decades of experience he takes pride in the dozens of highly successful projects. His aim till this day is to build new friendships and relations one project at a time with new and returning clients.

As a superintendent, Roy invests himself completely into every project that he works on. He trained and got his degree in the Dutch Royal Military school. After 8 years of service in the military and several tours Roy decided to pursue a new career.  The discipline and ethics that were ingrained during those years are still serving him today. He has several decades of experience in the construction field and dozens of highly successful projects and campaigns.
